The zipline circuit is installed at the Kranshoek picnic site in the Harkerville forest, the belt of indigenous Afromontane woodland that runs between Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. The trip takes about two hours end to end.

Harnesses, helmets, gloves and raincoats are provided, along with bottled water, and transport from the meeting point out to the zipline site is included in the price. The meeting point is the Harkerville Sasol garage on the N2, before the entrance to the national park, and the trip returns there.

The forest here is the same one that carries the Harkerville Coast hiking trail, and the lines run through the canopy rather than over open ground. It is filed on Viator under Plettenberg Bay even though the operator trades under the Knysna name; the site itself sits between the two towns.
